There are so many benefits of being part of a co-working community and specifically West Hartford Co-Working. As an independent co-working space, we have a small, tight-knit group of co-workers that bring their energy and experiences to the space.

Remote workers find solace in sharing the unique challenges associated with working "away from the office". For example... have you ever logged into a conference call only to realize that everyone else on the call is "on-site" and they forgot to patch you in? Yup.... that happens.

For entrepreneurs, there is a different set of daily challenges and often points of collaboration to discover between fellow co-workers and our various visitors and partners. But many days, the struggle is real and it's nice to be able to chat with folks that have been there.
