New Ownership, Not So New Face

Hello Members and Friends!

It's with a whole heap of gratitude and excitement that we share with you the news of our purchase of West Hartford Coworking. By "Our" we mean Annisa Teich - your often too cheerful Managing Director, and her maybe equally as cheerful mother, Annette Farese - co-owners of Bromleigh Ventures, LLC, and the new owners of West Hartford Coworking.

Our family lives have centered around family businesses and so jumping into this new venture together was both natural and exciting. My grandparents on both sides came from Italy with very little and built a variety of businesses as a way of supporting their families. Some failed, some stuck, but that experience left an important mark on both my parents who went on to be entrepreneurs themselves and have certainly instilled that mindset on me. Growing up, there was never any other way to spend my professional life and so when I launched The Small Business Collective in lat 2017, it was with the dual goal of going out on my own with the focus of supporting small businesses like my grandparents and parents.

Here's something you should know about us though... while our ventures are businesses, there is a great deal of heart that goes into them. When you work for us and with us, you are family and we work hard to take care of you.

While some may say business should not be personal, we feel it's a differentiator for us - especially when it comes to coworking. You spend so much of your life working! So it's important to be in a space you enjoy, surrounded by people who care. It's as simple as that. No big corporations, no "nickel and diming", just personalized support to fit your specific needs.

We look forward to continuing the amazing relationships we have built with our current members, those from the community that attend our events and refer friends. And we are thrilled to grow this company and our offerings with each of you.
